Clean your aligners daily by brushing them gently with a soft toothbrush and rinsing them with lukewarm water. Avoid hot water, as it can warp the plastic. When not in use, keep them in their protective case to prevent damage or loss. Continue to brush and floss your teeth regularly to keep your smile healthy throughout treatment.
